9.3 nicejl's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit nicejl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
